QR Code Stickers for Racks, Lots, and Packs

QR code stickers sized for bins, racks, and packs. Paper, polyester, thermal. Bulk from Excel templates (rack map, inbound lots, FEFO).

What you get

Purpose-built, not bolted on

  • Size by scan distance (bin vs rack vs dock)
  • Paper, polyester, vinyl, thermal-transfer
  • Bulk from rack map / inbound lot / FEFO CSVs
  • Dynamic stickers you can retarget without a new print run
  • Link a size calculator before you buy stock

Sizes and materials that actually scan

Buy stock after you know scan distance. Use the size calculator, then bulk-print from Excel.

JobScan distanceCode sizeMaterial
Pack / carton sticker0.3–0.8 m20–30 mmPaper or PP film
Bin / shelf0.5–1.5 m35–50 mmPolyester or laminated paper
Rack face1–2 m50–80 mmThermal-transfer or polyester
Dock / yard2–4 m100 mm+Vinyl; high contrast

Keep a quiet zone around the modules. Paper is fine for outbound cartons; warehouse faces that get scraped need polyester or thermal-transfer. Dynamic stickers let you retarget without a new SKU of labels.

Excel templates

Start from a CSV, not a blank sheet

Drop one of these CSVs into Excel → QR to see rack, inbound, and FEFO label sheets. Replace the example.com URLs with your WMS or check-in pages.

  • Rack map

Zones A/B/C with location IDs, aisles, levels, and WMS placeholder URLs — ready for Avery or thermal sheets.

  • Inbound lots

Six lots across two POs: SKU, qty, received date, vendor, and lot destination URLs.

    Download CSV
  • FEFO 30-day audit

Pallets, bins, and cartons with 14- or 30-day audit windows. Blank expiry is allowed for non-dated stock.
