QR Codes for 3PL Fulfilment Warehouses

Inbound lots, FEFO audits, and rack labels from Excel. Client stickers a 3PL can print without a WMS project. Download the three public CSV templates.

What you get

Purpose-built, not bolted on

  • Bulk location labels from a rack map spreadsheet
  • Inbound lot labels from PO / SKU / expiry CSV
  • FEFO 30-day audit sheet for pallets, bins, cartons
  • Phone-camera scans — no handheld fleet required to start
  • Reprint identical codes when a label tears
  • Slack / Sheet / webhook when a lot is scanned

Example: a two-floor rack map

A typical layout sheet has blocks like GA-A-01 … GA-F-09 under a "GROUND FLOOR" heading and FA-A-01 … under "FIRST FLOOR". Upload it as-is: we treat each cell as a location, use the heading as the sub-label, and print e.g. 8 large labels per A4 for scanning from 1–2 metres. Each label can be dynamic: scanning opens an audit page where staff tap Audit / Check-in / Report issue — no app required.

GROUND FLOOR FIRST FLOOR
GA-A-01 GA-B-01 GA-C-01 … FA-A-01 FA-B-01 …
GA-A-02 GA-B-02 GA-C-02 … FA-A-02 FA-B-02 …
